Designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, the three-story structure seamlessly integrates local Chizu cedar wood with modern steel and glass, echoing the fluid, wave-like textures of the surrounding dunes. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows across the first two floors offer bright, light-filled seating with panoramic ocean views, while the third floor opens up to a sweeping rooftop observation deck.
